Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, may lose his British citizenship due to his Biafra agitation, according to popular Nigerian journalist Kemi Olunloyo.
To Win or not To Win! Everything is APP to you!
The IPOB leader, who is now in the custody of the Nigerian government' s Department of State Service, has been charged with inciting violence against the country' s government.
He was also charged with encouraging violence in the South East that resulted in the deaths and destruction of people and security personnel.
According to Kemi Olunloyo, the IPOB leader might lose his British citizenship if he tries to destabilize Nigeria in violation of the United Kingdom' s constitution. Nnamdi Kanu' s action, according to the US- trained pharmacist, is contrary to the UK constitution.
She expressed her feelings in a recent Facebook post on her verified timeline.
" For seeking to disrupt Nigeria' s UK constitution, Nnamdi Kanu will soon lose his British citizenship, " says Kemi Olunloyo.
On the 26th and 27th of July, the IPOB leader will appear before the Abuja High Court to continue his trial. Because Biafra is not yet a sovereign nation, he will lose his British citizenship if he is not careful. He is on trial for treason, ordering his followers to destabilize state institutions and kill state officials, such as police officers and military personnel, as well as prominent politicians and others who do not share his views.
Honestly, this is not the time IPOB members and Biafrans should be insulting people who do not support their ideology but this is the time to take in criticism; these criticisms may be helpful in reshaping the Biafra struggle and also help in the case. They people should mind their language, this man has questions to answer killing POLICE men destroying people' s home and property.
The statement IPOB leader (may) lose his British citizenship is only an expression of her thought that lack the political capacity to cause a paradigm shift. Freedom of expression, that' s is what she exercise as far as im concerned.
In response to what Kemi Olunloyo said, @chidi says " I thought you were an intellectual but finally I discovered that you also belong to the same vultures who sell out even their families so that they can be classified as worthy beggars. Stay away from anything Biafra before the God of Biafra will visit you"
@Amaka1 says " That' s right hope buhari will them boko haram the language they will understand for killing army commander just the his killing us the igbos. ur army commander has gone to answer for his sins he committed against the ipob. burn in hell"
